Here are the mechanics:

  1. Guests may purchase tickets to the Kpop All Stars Halloween Event First Access from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website, namely onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com, from September 18-October 15, 2026 for only Php2,500 net per person from full price of Php2,800.
  2. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase.
  3. Guests are required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of the tickets onsite at Diamond Hotel Philippines on October 25, 2026 at the Lobby. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented.
  4. Other conditions of the offer:
    1. This purchase is inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
    2. May not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
    3. This may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.

  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
  6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
