The cost performance of the club room was good.

It is a beautiful and nice hotel, but there are not many restaurants around. However, it was clean and good.

We have stayed at several nearby properties and been underwhelmed. The Diamond was only slightly more expensive than other options, really had a quality feel. From the time we got the door, very attentive staff. Room not brand new, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Bed was outstanding, as we pillows (difficult to please customers here on these points!). Breakfast buffet (included in our rate) was very nice! Diverse options, well prepared and overall good choices whether looking for Asian or Western items. Will stay again when we are in Manila. Recommended!

The hotel is amazing and service is superb. There are many amenities and food restaurants to choose from. We are regular clients and an indulgence member of the hotel and we celebrated birthdays and wedding anniversaries in the hotel for a few times. We love it here! Highly recommended!

Very nice, Spacious and very clean rooms. They upgraded us due to what we requested for our room aren't available. Also they are very considerate with the check in time and also with the check out time. They allowed us to check out late and that is a plus for us. Room service is very good. Everyone from there hotel staff are very polite. Keep it up. No wonder most foreigners like to check in at Diamond Hotel. Also before you leave the hotel please do try their Special Ube Ensaymada at the Bakery in the lobby it's very, very good. We are a Manila resident and way back then we constantly return to this hotel because of this. Thank you Diamond Hotel for a great experience!

Where do you start? When you arrive the concierge, Kim, is waiting and nothing is too much trouble. Check in and out is a breeze at reception, it's a wall oiled machine everything is explained. The pool area although small is expertly looked after by King, recommended some good drinks😂 Bar 27, the night club, live music, the group MP5were expert at getting everyone who wanted to, involved in the music, from sing along with them to a bit of dancing. The whole place is well run by Peter, Arlene, and Ash, who are all attentive and ready accommodate your needs Finally breakfast, very busy, but you wouldn't know it, Rodel and Patricia along with their team, make sure you are welcomed. The breakfast selection is Filipino, Japanese, Western, large choice.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Roxas Blvd and walking distance to parks and Robinson Mall. Hotel is well maintained. It’s a high quality hotel that offers some of the best value for the price. I have stayed here three times. I would encourage all to come visit this location.

Staff are accommodating, considerate and friendly. All amenities are also good. Our room also have a good view. Location is nearby mall, manila bay even zoo. So it's a nice place to stay for a couple of days and just relax. For sure we will stay again

The booking included free Corniche buffet breakfast which included a variety of delicious food selections. I have left an item in My room upon checkout but the staff was quick to contact me and safe keep My item and I was able to claim quickly.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I love this place because the rooms are clean and big/spacious. My requests to have a bay view or pool view were given priorities. Front desks are accommodating as well as room service. All hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating.
