RAFFLE CONTROL MEASURES
Control Measures (not included in website)
On-duty Events department staff will be present when the guest drops off their entries in the raffle drum during the Halloween Event. The staff will also be responsible for safe keeping of entries for the duration of the Easter
Raffle drum will be under the custody of Ms. Myles Eleazar for safe keeping until the raffle draw.
Raffle drum box shall only be opened in the presence of the DTI representative.
The raffle drum will be brought on stage for the live raffle draw on October 25, 2026. A DTI representative will be invited to be present during the drawing of the winner.
During the raffle draw, the DTI representative shall validate first if the raffle entry picked is valid. Coupon is valid as long as it has the complete details (i.e. full name, complete address, contact number, email address and signature affixed.
