2. On the online shopping site, guests have to choose their preferred restaurant. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase.

3. Guests are required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of dining credits at the restaurants. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented when redeeming the service.

4. Other conditions of the offer:

• This purchase is inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
• May not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
• Failure to use on the redemption date will render the purchase invalid.
• Table Reservations must be made two (2) days in advance to reconfirm booking by calling (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1121.
• This may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
