2. Advanced reservations are required in booking the rooms, restaurants and Health Club & Spa.
a. For room reservations, guests may call the reservations department at (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1141-1143.

3. Guests are required to present their vouchers and valid government-issued ID upon redemption of the accommodations, dining credits, Health Club & Spa membership, and massages.

4. Other conditions:
a) Vouchers are inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
b) Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
c) Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
d) Vouchers for room, massage treatments, Health Club & Spa membership, and restaurant dining credits are valid for one year or until February 10, 2027.
e) For dining vouchers:
o The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for any food and beverages availed at the Corniche Buffet Restaurant or Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant.
o The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
o The voucher is valid for dine-in and reservation must be placed at least 48 hours before the desired date.
o The voucher is not valid on blackout dates – Regular Holidays, Special Holidays, and special promotion dates of the hotel.
o The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
o A maximum of ten (10) dining vouchers per visit is allowed per guest.
f) For Health Club & Spa Membership:
o The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for membership or massage availed at the Health Club & Spa.
o The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
o Once membership has been redeemed, guests have to avail of the membership benefits and other inclusions within the membership year.
o Members must be 18 years old and above with valid ID
o Members are entitled to the following inclusions:

• Use of outdoor whirlpool and swimming pool
• Complimentary parking for 3 hours
• Complimentary 3 day trial work-out pass
• Complimentary signature (1) massage treatment

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
