- Advanced reservations are required in booking the rooms, restaurants and Health Club & Spa.

- Guests are required to present their vouchers and valid government-issued ID upon redemption of the accommodations, dining credits, Health Club & Spa membership, and massages. While the Diamond Ensaymadas are readily available for purchase at the hotel booth.
4. Other conditions:
- Vouchers and Diamond Ensaymadas are inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
- Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
- Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
- Vouchers are valid for one year or until September 9, 2025.
- For dining vouchers:
- The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for any food and beverages availed at Yurakuen, Corniche, Lobby Lounge and Bar 27
- The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
- The voucher is valid for dine-in and reservations must be booked at least 48 hours before the desired date.
- The voucher is not valid on blackout dates – Regular Holidays, Special Holidays, and special promotion dates of the hotel.
- The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
- A maximum of ten (10) dining vouchers per visit is allowed.
- For Health Club & Spa Membership:
- The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for membership or massage availed at the Health Club & Spa.
- The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
- Once membership has been redeemed, guests have to avail of the membership benefits and other inclusions within the membership year.

- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
