1. Guests may purchase Christmas Goodies, available from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website which is onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com from November 6, 2025 until January 1, 2026.

2. On the online shopping site, guests have to choose their preferred usage date from November 7, 2025 until January 4, 2025.Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase.

3. Guests are required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption at Lobby Lounge. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented when redeeming the service.

4. Other conditions of the offer:

• Orders are for pick-up by customers either personally or via a third- party food delivery service. Food delivery service should be pre-arranged by the client (Grab, Lalamove, and other delivery services) Delivery/Pick-up fee is not included in the bill and must be shouldered by the customer.
• This purchase is inclusive of service charge and government taxes for a minimum of six (6) pcs.
• May not be exchanged for cash.
• Rates are not refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
• Online transactions must be made at least a day for selected pastries, and 3 days for savory items prior to the redemption date.
• Failure to pick-up on the said date without prior notice will render your order invalid.
• Online transactions can be cancelled a day before, otherwise booking will be forfeited.
• The new pick-up date is subject to availability. Re-bookings are recommended to be made two (2) days in advance prior to the desired pick-up date.

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
