1. Guests may purchase discounted hotel vouchers and Diamond Ensaymadas from the Diamond Hotel Philippines booth at the 11^th Travel Madness Expo to be held from July 12-14, 2024 at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

Discounted vouchers on offer are:

• Overnight Stay in a Deluxe Room with Breakfast for 2 persons at Corniche for Php5,500 net
• Overnight Stay in a Premier Room with Breakfast 2 persons at Corniche for Php8,000 net

2. Advanced reservations are required in booking the rooms, restaurants and Health Club & Spa.

• For room reservations, guests may call the reservations department at (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1141-1143.
• For restaurant reservations, guests may call the Table Reservations representative at (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1121 / 1118 / 1127.
• For massage reservations and Health Club & Spa membership redemptions, guests may call the Health Club & Spa at (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1215.

3. Guests are required to present their vouchers and valid government-issued ID upon redemption of the accommodations, dining credits, Health Club & Spa membership, and massages. While the Diamond Ensaymadas are readily available for purchase at the hotel booth.
4. Other conditions:

• Vouchers and Diamond Ensaymadas are inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
• Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
• Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
• Vouchers are valid for one year or until July 16, 2025.
• For dining vouchers:
  • The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for any food and beverages availed at Corniche Buffet Restaurant or Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant.
  • The voucher can be used as partial or full payment for the buffet availed at Corniche Buffet Restaurant, or for any food and beverages availed at Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, and Bar 27 (open from Monday to Saturday, 5 pm – 1 am).
  • The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
  • The voucher is valid for dine-in and/or take-out orders. Dine-in reservations and/or takeout orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the desired date.
  • The voucher is not valid on blackout dates – Regular Holidays, Special Holidays, and special promotion dates of the hotel.
  • The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
  • A maximum of ten (10) dining vouchers per visit is allowed.
• For Health Club & Spa Membership:
  • The voucher may be used as partial or full payment for membership or massage availed at the Health Club & Spa.
  • The face value amount of this voucher must be redeemed in full; no change shall be given for any remaining amount on the voucher.
  • Once membership has been redeemed, guests have to avail of the membership benefits and other inclusions within the membership year.
  • Members must be 18 years old and above with valid ID

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
