1. Guests may purchase the Wellness Massage Bundle for 2 persons (one-hour whole body massage with choice of Signature, Swedish or Shiatsu massage good for 2 persons) for only Php3,000  from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website which is onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com from November 11 – December 30, 2025.
2. Redemption or usage of massage is from November 12, 2025 to April 30, 2026 at Diamond Hotel’s Health Club & Spa. Redemptions are not applicable during Regular Holidays, Special Holidays namely Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase.
3. Guest must use their voucher on the selected date and time. Advance reservation is required
4. Guest is entitled to use the locker, shower rooms and indoor whirlpool.
5. The Health Club & Spa is open Monday-Sunday: 7:00AM-10:00PM. First time slot for massage is at 11:00AM while last admission for massage is at 9:00PM
6. If preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot.
7. Guest should arrive at the Health Club & Spa 30 minutes before the scheduled massage appointment. The appointment will be shortened if guest arrives late and without prior notice. Massage service will be forfeited if guest is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.
8. Guests are required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of massage services at the Health Club & Spa. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented when redeeming the service.
9. Other conditions of the offer:
   1. Participants must be aged 18+ to enter
   2. Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery or any other medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before booking the spa service
   3. Any additional charges incurred outside of the coupon must be paid in cash directly to the spa receptionist
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
11. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
