1. Guests who will book the Seize the Long Weekend Room Package from December 30, 2025 to December 29, 2026 and stay during the long weekends within January 1 to December 30, 2026 at Diamond Hotel Philippines are entitled to avail of the following discounted room rates for a Deluxe/Deluxe Pool View Room from the usual rate of Php7,500 per night.

· 2-night stay for Php11,250 net for Single/Double Occupancy from Php15,000

· 3-night stay for Php15,000 net for Single/Double Occupancy from Php22,500

2. Room package includes the following:

· Complimentary internet and WIFI access in the rooms and in Public Areas

· Access to the Health Club & Spa and swimming pool

3. The room package inclusions may only be availed during the guests’ stay. If the guest does not avail of the inclusions, they will be forfeited upon check-out.

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

· Rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes

· The rates stated above are applicable only for the stay date

· Standard check-in time is at 02:00 pm and standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

· Early check-in or late check-out shall be charged accordingly. No meals are included on the early check-in and early check-out rates.

· Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.

· Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify.

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
