3. The room package inclusions may only be availed during the guests’ stay. If the guest does not avail of the inclusions, they will be forfeited upon check-out.

 

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

· Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.

· Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify.

Otherwise, promo will be forfeited and best available rate will apply.

· Prior reservation must be made.

· Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

· Reservations must be guaranteed right away

· Extra person charge of Php 2,500.00 net for Deluxe to Premier room categories. While Extra person charge for the Diamond Club category is at Php 4,500.00 net.

 

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

 

6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
