Promo Mechanics

1. Guests who will book the Diamond Memories Room Package from February 28-December 29, 2024 and will check-in overnight between February 28-December 30, 2024 at Diamond Hotel Philippines, at the starting rate of Php 28,500 net per night in an Executive Suite, will be allowed to conduct their wedding or debut photo and video shoot at designated areas in Diamond Hotel. Room rates are below:
• Executive Suite – Php 28,500.00
• Premier Executive Suite – Php 30,000.00
• Diamond Club Suite – Php 30,000.00
• Diamond Executive Suite – City View – Php 30,000.00
• Diamond Executive Suite – Bay View – Php 32,000.00
2. Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge
3. Allowed areas for photo shoot (limited to the bride and groom OR debutante with the entourage, photographers and/or videographers only):
   • Upper Lobby
   • Staircase leading to 2nd floor
   • Swimming Pool (when available)
   • 2nd floor (if function rooms are not booked or occupied)
4. If the guest does not wish to use the added benefits, they will be forfeited upon check-out.
5. Room package includes the following:

  • Access to the Health Club & Spa and swimming pool

  • Breakfast at either Diamond Club Lounge or Corniche Restaurant
    • Diamond Club Lounge from 6:30 am to 10:00 am
    • Corniche Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Afternoon Tea at the Diamond Club Lounge from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • Evening Graze at the Diamond Club Lounge from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Pressing of one (1) suit or dress per day
  • Waived local city calls
  • 20% off IDD calls
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access in the room in the room and public areas
  • Use of the computer workstation with Internet access at the Diamond Club Lounge
  • Two-hour use of the Diamond Club conference room (Maximum of 6 persons only, when available)
  • Dedicated Concierge services at the Diamond Club Lounge from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Access to the Health Club and Spa, and outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool
6. Other terms and conditions:
• EXECUTIVE SUITE Rate Policies:
  • Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.
  • Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify. Otherwise, promo will be forfeited and best available rate will apply.
  • Prior reservation must be made.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed right away
  • Extra person charge Php 2,500.00 nett
• PREMIER EXECUTIVE SUITE AND CLUB DIAMOND SUITES Rate Policies:
  • Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.
  • Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify. Otherwise, promo will be forfeited and best available rate will apply.
  • Prior reservation must be made.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed right away
  • Extra person charge Php 4,500.00 nett
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
8. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
