3.3 Sale for Yurakuen, Lobby Lounge and Bar 27 Dining Credits

1. Guests may purchase:
a. Php2,000 worth of dining credits for Bar 27 for only Php1,000
b. Php1,500 worth of dining credits for Yurakuen and Lobby Lounge for only Php1,000

Available from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website which is
onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com from March 3 – 10, 2024. Redemption or usage of dining credits is from March 16 to May 16, 2024. The dining credits may be used as full or partial payment for any food and beverages availed at Yurakuen, Lobby Lounge and Bar 27; valid for dine-in only.

2. A maximum of ten (10) Php2,000 dining credits or total of Php20, 000 credits may be used per transaction for Bar 27, and a maximum of ten (10) Php1,500 dining credits or total of Php15,000 credits may be used per transaction for Yurakuen, and Lobby Lounge.

3. On the online shopping site, guests have to choose their preferred usage date and time on when to redeem their dining credits from March 16 to May 16, 2024. Dining credits are not applicable during Regular Holidays, Special Holidays, Food Festivals, Special Events/Occasions, and Special Promotions by the hotel. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase. Table Reservations must first be made two (2) days in advance by calling (02) 8528-3000 ext. 1121.

4. Guests are required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of dining credits at Yurakuen, Lobby Lounge and Bar 27. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented when redeeming the service.

5. Other conditions of the offer:
a) This purchase is inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
b) This may not be used during Regular Holidays, Special Holidays, Food Festivals, Special Events/Occasions (Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day), and Special Promotions by the hotel.
c) May not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
d) This may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
e) For any concerns, guest may call the Table Reservations representative at
(02) 8528-3000 ext. 1121 / 1156 / 1118 / 1127.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

7. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
