Complete mechanics:

  1. Guests may purchase tickets to the Hoppy Easter Picnic Early Bird Sale from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website, namely onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com, from March 13-31, 2025 from full price of Php2,800 to Php2,500. Any guest who will avail of the Easter event ticket will be eligible for the raffle which will be given at the event reception desk on April 20, 2025.
  2. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase. He or she will required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of the ticket/raffle stub onsite at Diamond Hotel Philippines on April 20, 2025 at the Lobby. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented.

3. Other conditions of the offer:

  • This purchase is inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
  • May not be exchanged for cash nor replaced when lost or stolen.
  • This may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.

4. Ticket holders are entitled to a Bento Lunch Box and to join the following activities:

  • Live Entertainment access for all: Musical Show, Magic Show, Photo Booth and Costume Parade
  • Activities for Kids only: Face Painting and Balloon Twisting
  • Activities for Grown Ups only: Henna Tattoo and Balloon Twisting
  • Grand Raffle

5. Raffle prize at stake is one (1) winner of a Nintendo Switch OLED.

6. Guest / ticket holder should write the COMPLETE information on the required fields on the ticket or else it will be deemed invalid.

  1. Guest should drop off his/her entry in the raffle drum at the Diamond Ballroom. Deadline for submission of entries is on April 20, 2025 at 1:30 pm.
  2. Raffle draw will be done on April 20, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Diamond Ballroom, Diamond Hotel Philippines, Roxas Boulevard corner Dr. J. Quintos Street, Manila 1000, Philippines in the presence of a DTI representative.
  3. When the raffle stub is drawn, the name of the winner will be announced live and s/he can immediately claim the prize.
  4. If the winner is not present, this the winner will be notified via registered mail and email, and contact/mobile number. To claim the prize, the winner must look for Ms. Melanie Pallorina at Diamond Hotel Philippines until sixty (60) days from the receipt of the notification. Otherwise, prize will be forfeited in favor of Diamond Hotel Philippines with prior DTI approval.
  5. For validation purposes, winner has to present the original copy of his/her winning claim stub on the spot. If the winner is not around, the original copy of his/her winning claim stub, valid ID and proof of receipt of notification.
  6. Prize is not convertible to cash. The hotel will shoulder the 20% tax on the prize exceeding Php10,000.
  7. Employees of Diamond Hotel Philippines, advertising agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.
  9. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
  10. The winner authorizes Diamond Hotel Philippines to disclose and publish his or her name, photo and other particular determined by Diamond Hotel Philippines to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as Diamond Hotel may deem appropriate.
  11. Promo period is from March 13 – 21, 2025. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-217727 Series of 2025.
