1. Guests may purchase the Healing Hilot Massage service from Diamond Hotel Philippines’ online shopping website which is onlineshopping.diamondhotel.com from October 10 to November 10, 2025 at the rate of Php2,500 from the original rate of Php3,000 per person.

2. Redemption or usage of massage is from October 11 to December 11, 2025 at Diamond Hotel’s Health Club & Spa.

• Guest must use their voucher on the selected date and time. Advance reservation is required
• Guest is entitled to use the locker, shower rooms and indoor whirlpool
• The Health Club & Spa is open Monday-Sunday: 11:00AM but last time of last admission is 9:00PM
• If preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot
• Guest should arrive at the Health Club & Spa 30 minutes before the scheduled massage appointment. The appointment will be shortened if guest arrives late and without prior notice. Massage service will be forfeited if guest is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.

3. On the online shopping site, guests have to choose their preferred usage date and time on when to redeem their massage from October 11 to December 11, 2025. Redemptions are not applicable during Regular Holidays, Special Holidays. Buyer will be issued a Purchase Confirmation Receipt via email as proof of purchase.

4. Guestsare required to present a printed copy of the emailed Purchase Confirmation Receipt and a valid government-issued ID upon redemption of massage services at the Health Club & Spa. No name changes will be accommodated. If the Purchase Confirmation Receipt will be transferred, a valid ID of the original owner and an authorization letter together with the Purchase Confirmation Receipt has to be presented when redeeming the service.

5. Other conditions of the offer:
   1. Participants must be aged 18+ to enter
   2. Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery or any other medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before booking the spa service
   3. Any additional charges incurred outside of the coupon must be paid in cash directly to the spa receptionist
