Complete Mechanics

1. Guests who will book the Tropical Easter Stay Room Package from March 3-30, 2024 and will check-in from March 15-31, 2024 at Diamond Hotel Philippines, at the starting rate of Php 8,800 net per night in a Deluxe Room, will get one (1) complimentary ticket per room, on a per stay basis, to the Tropical Easter Event. Ticket will be given during their stay. Room rates are below:

• Rates are good for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (12yrs old and below)

2. During their stay, guests are also entitled to a 10% off on purchase of the additional Tropical Easter Event tickets up to a maximum of two tickets. If they buy more, full rate of Php2,800 net per person will apply. Guests should inform the Front Desk if they want to purchase the Tropical Easter Event tickets. If the guest does not wish to use the added benefits, they will be forfeited upon check-out.

3. Room package includes the following:

INCLUSION (CLUB ROOM)
• Express check in and check out at the Diamond Club Lounge (25th floor)
• Breakfast at either Diamond Club Lounge or Corniche Restaurant
o Diamond Club Lounge from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
o Corniche Restaurant from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Afternoon Tea at the Diamond Club Lounge from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Evening Graze at the Diamond Club Lounge from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Pressing of one (1) suit or dress per day
• 20% off IDD calls
• Complimentary Wi-Fi access in the room in the room
• Use of the computer workstation with Internet access at the Diamond Club Lounge
• Two-hour use of the Diamond Club conference room (Maximum of 6 persons only, when available)
• Dedicated Concierge services at the Diamond Club Lounge from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Access to the Health Club and Spa, and Outdoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

DELUXE AND PREMIER ROOM Rate Policies:
• Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.
• Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify.
• Otherwise, promo will be forfeited and best available rate will apply.
• Prior reservation must be made.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Reservations must be guaranteed right away
• Extra person charge Php 2,500.00 nett

CLUB ROOM & CLUB SUITES Rate Policies:
• Offer is valid to Philippine Local Residents and Foreign guest with an ACR ID card only.
• Proof of residency or a valid Philippine ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify. Otherwise, promo will be forfeited and best available rate will apply.
• Prior reservation must be made.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Reservations must be guaranteed right away
• Extra person charge Php 4,500.00 nett

5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Act 2010, whichever is higher.

6. Decisions made by Diamond Hotel Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at the absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
